Our Programs
Restoring Hope Through Culturally Responsive Services
About Our Programs
Our programs are designed to respond to real challenges with compassion, cultural awareness, and proven care strategies. We support individuals facing mental health issues, identity-based trauma, displacement, and social exclusion—ensuring that no one is left behind.
From peer-led support groups to trauma-informed counseling, youth mentorship, and crisis response, our work empowers people to heal, belong, and thrive in their new communities. We offer four core programs, each thoughtfully designed to address specific needs and drive meaningful, lasting impact.

Community Mental Health Support & Services
We provide culturally appropriate counselling, workshops, and mental wellness programs tailored to the unique experiences of newcomers, migrants, and refugees. Our services promote healing, inclusion, and resilience — ensuring no one walks their journey alone.
Food Security Program – Culturally Appropriate Nutrition
Through our Nourish and Flourish Initiative, we address food insecurity with monthly cultural food bank events and a weekly drop-in food hub every Thursday at our New Westminster location. In partnership with Kula Foods, we offer nutritious, plant-based, and culturally familiar foods that nourish both body and soul.
Community Engagement Events
We bring people together through events that celebrate culture, connection, and mental wellness — including our Black History Month showcase “Let Your Art (Heart) Out” and the annual Village Square Family Summer BBQ Festival. Each event creates space for storytelling, joy, and community healing.
